Each edition of Dystopia brings together some 200 people, who share the same energy: to provide a unique experience for thousands of festival-goers.

Joining the staff doesn't mean coming to party for free.
It means joining a demanding, reliable and caring team, where everyone plays their part. The days are long, the atmosphere intense, but the satisfaction of being part of the heart of the festival is incomparable.
What we're looking for
Serious, motivated people who respect others and the environment. Whether you're a technician, a runner, a bartender or a volunteer ready to help out, your state of mind will count for more than your CV.
