ATTENTION: Don't delay in making your refund request after the edition you attended. You generally have around 7 days. The exact dates are indicated on site, on our social networks and on the dedicated page of the edition concerned on our website. If this period is exceeded and you have not made your request in time, your credit will be lost and no claim will be possible.
CASHLESS FAQ
No more fiddly change and long queues here, and on all our editions, everything happens with your cashless bracelet. Practical, fast and secure, it allows you to pay for all your drinks at the festival with a simple scan. Recharge your wristband in just a few clicks, before or during the event, and make the most of the Dystopia experience.
Don't panic, it's simple: we'll explain it all right below! 
Please note that for technical reasons, the cashless wristbands are different for each edition. It is therefore impossible to use a remaining balance from one edition to the next.
How does it work?
It's your key to paying for everything at the festival, whether it's a cold drink, a good meal or a Dystopia souvenir. A simple scan and you're all set!
It's very easy: you pick it up at the festival entrance, along with your ticket. We activate it on site, and it's ready to use in seconds.

- Before the festival: on this site, on each page of the edition in question, to arrive relaxed with your wristband already credited (or when you buy your ticket, the option will be offered).
- During the festival: via the website or at the on-site recharging stands.
Don't worry: you can request a refund online after the festival.
